The five-bedroom figure is the combined rent of all five rooms let individually. Letting by the room usually earns more than letting the same house whole, which is the point. Security deposits carry no commission. The rate that applies to your lease is fixed when it is signed, so a later change to our pricing does not affect a lease already running.
